Emerging Leaders
Our nation’s brightest students receive merit-based scholarships to develop character, build confidence and instill compassion for young people who will craft tomorrow’s agenda.
Emerging Leaders awards are need-blind, and are determined based on achievement and striving for excellence or leadership potential (academic, school, community and service). Students who may not be eligible for financial need-based support may also apply for scholarships through the Emerging Leaders program. High schools, colleges and universities across the country partner with Outward Bound to select students for the program as well.
